Around 327lbs in the top picture
224lbs in the bottom picture
I am 6’3”
I went from a 50” waist to a 38” waist. Wore 48”x32” pants, now 36”x32”
Shirt sizes went from XXL to L.
Shoe size went from 14 to 13! I actually lost weight in my FEET!
My asthma attacks are now weak at best.
I’m happier :]
One thing is consistent; I’ve always been able to do my hair! :D
